***In Memoriam***

The staff and Board Members of the Kansas Auto Insurance Plan (KAIP) and the Kansas Automobile Assigned Claims Plan (KAACP) sadly announce the recent passing of Gary Domer, whose planned retirement as manager of these plans was less than a month away. Gary served as manager of the Kansas auto plans for 16 years. Gary’s leadership helped the state of Kansas maintain a stable market for the plans’ customer bases, and his commitment to insurance consumers in the state of Kansas was unparalleled. Gary also served as a volunteer for programs assisting youth, including many years with the Sunrise Optimist Club of North Topeka. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Operations of KAIP and KAACP will continue without interruption.
